10 Federal Storage is seeking an Operations Support Manager to ensure smooth, compliant operations across our portfolio. You will resolve system escalations, maintain SOPs, and support onboarding for new acquisitions while tracking licenses, utilities, and regulatory workflows.

You will partner with IT and vendor teams to optimize facility management software and mentor site staff to uphold best practices, with a focus on auctions and KPI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in operations, compliance, or multi-site management.
• Experience with self-storage auction processes and tenant communications.
• Proven ability to develop or maintain SOPs and policies.
• Experience with facility management platforms (StorEDGE, SiteLink, WebSelfStorage).
• Strong communication, leadership, and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for escalations related to Facility Management Systems.
• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs across the portfolio.
• Ensure auction processes follow timelines and documentation.
• Provide training and ongoing support for operational systems and processes.
• Mentor staff to improve efficiency and adherence to best practices.
