10 Federal Storage is seeking a Corporate Compliance Specialist to guide and oversee compliance programs across a growing self-storage portfolio. You will develop policies, assess risk, and train teams to enforce standards at all locations.

You will work with IT and operations to optimize facility management systems, monitor KPIs, and support acquisitions and new openings while promoting an ethical culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of multi-site operations experience in self-storage or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of lien laws, tenant communication standards, and auction processes.
• Experience with StorEDGE, SiteLink, WebSelfStorage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize initiatives, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for operational escalations related to Facility Management Systems.
• Ensure policies followed across locations.
• Develop and monitor SOPs across the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with lien laws, auctions, and state requirements.
• Partner with IT and vendors to optimize FMS.
• Provide training and support for systems, tools, processes.
• Mentor staff to improve efficiency and adherence.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Marketing, Facilities on billing and site maintenance.
• Support transitions for acquisitions and new openings.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance trends.
• Maintain dashboards and trackers for property-level reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Promote culture of ethical conduct and continuous improvement.
