Allies for Every Child seeks an Operations Manager to support agency-wide infrastructure via cross-functional project management, vendor relationships, and policy governance. You will supervise staff, coordinate training, and ensure compliance across sites.

The role focuses on IT, records, accreditation, and site operations with room to grow as the agency expands. Reporting to the COO, you’ll develop practical workplans, track progress, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in operations, project management, HR, or admin.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and cross-department coordination.
• Supervisory experience and strong governance/documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage cross-functional operational projects; develop workplans and deliverables.
• Coordinate policy development, training, and compliance documentation.
• Oversee contracts, vendor relationships, and IT/records management.
• Support accreditation, licensing, and grant reporting activities.
