Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in business analysis, project coordination, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Experience with relational databases and data management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordination point among Compliance, Accounting, Operations, Information Technology, Data Analytics, to facilitate business initiatives, regulatory reporting, system enhancements, and audit activities.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for: Regulatory and compliance reporting; Internal and external audit requests; Operational initiatives; System enhancements; Process improvements; Business reporting.
• Serve as the primary coordinator between cross-functional groups for reporting requirements and audit requests received from the company's banking partner, ensuring timely and accurate completion of recurring daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables, as well as ad hoc requests.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, and automation.
• Create and maintain process maps, workflow documentation, business requirements documents, standard operating procedures, and other technical documentation.
• Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders to define requirements, resolve issues, and communicate project status.
• Partner with Information Technology and Data teams to translate business requirements into system enhancements and reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation supporting consumer finance products, operational workflows, accounting processes, compliance requirements, and reporting procedures.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), solution validation, and implementation of new processes and system enhancements.
• Build strong working relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted resource for cross-functional initiatives.
