Your Role
The Transformation, Operations, and Customer Experience team, comprising approximately 2,500 employees, is dedicated to delivering operational excellence, continuous improvement, and transformative evolution. Our goal is to provide members, providers, and partners with quality outcomes and sustainable affordability.
The Operations Communications Specialist, Principal, reports to the Strategic Planning and Performance Director. In this role, you will serve as the communications advisor for the team, partnering with executive leadership and key stakeholders to design and implement strategic communication plans.
You will support the Senior Vice President by amplifying key enterprise messages, making organizational announcements, promoting achievements, and sharing stakeholder voices and experiences. Additionally, you will provide thought leadership and support day-to-day operational activities.
