Job summary

• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching and feedback, guiding store operations and customer service.
• Drive store performance by managing budgets, inventory flow and merchandising to meet sales and shrink targets.
• Supervise hourly associates, hire/train/mentor, set expectations and promote inclusion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support plans and ensure customer needs are met.
