Johnson & Johnson's MedTech team in San Lorenzo, PR invites an Operations Co-Op for Jan–Dec 2027. This full-time 40-hour-per-week program places you in a department or project to drive process improvements using FPX and Lean Six Sigma.

You will work under a mentor, deliver small project tasks, maintain documentation, and help improve quality and cycle time while gaining hands-on experience in a global healthcare company.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Incumbent must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and have completed at least two years of studies.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; excellent writing in both languages.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Visio and Minitab desirable.

Responsibilities

• Executes projects to increase process efficiencies, reduce cycle time, and improve quality within the department.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methods and document results clearly.
• Assist in creating concepts and designs for new processes or test methods.
• Prepare standard reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Adhere to environmental, safety and occupational health policies.
