Qualifications

• Two years of undergraduate studies completed.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Must be enrolled and in good academic standing.
• Internship/co-op experience preferred.
• Leadership through student activities is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Experience with Minitab, Visio, Power BI preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support projects to improve process efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Assist with project execution using Lean, Six Sigma, FPX.
• Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of products and processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and project records.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on project progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Assist in developing concepts, designs, and testing methods.
• Support compliance with safety, environmental, and health requirements.
• Communicate updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
