Responsibilities

• Provide customer service assistance and manage incoming calls.
• Verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records.
• Set daily delivery appointments and process deliveries.
• Process completed loads and resolve shipping/receiving issues with internal staff.
• File paperwork daily and follow GMP/site safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
