Job summary

Staffing is seeking a Customer Launch Specialist for our Meal Manager program in South Carolina. The role focuses on onboarding new customers, resolving onboarding pain points, and ensuring a smooth onsite experience.

You will act as the client liaison, ensuring quality and performance standards are met across deployments. This position requires daily travel within the assigned city, strong communication skills, and the ability to gather feedback to inform product and service improvements.
