Job summary

Jobtailor in Richmond, VA, is seeking a Loan Operations Support Specialist to manage loan documentation, processing, and program reporting in a remote-friendly environment.

You will respond to loan inquiries, update officer changes, and maintain customer information while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong Excel/Word and Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience of 1-3 years related experience and/or training is a plus.
• Accounting and/or banking knowledge is a plus, not a requirement.
• Excellent Word, Excel, and Windows file management skills are mandatory.
