NetEffects in Bensenville, IL is seeking an Operations Clerk to support daily warehouse and transportation operations by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, processing reports, and tracking performance metrics. You will prepare and process operational paperwork, respond to inquiries, verify documents, create spreadsheets, monitor inventory, and assist leadership with performance reviews.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM; Pay rate: $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process operational paperwork, reports, timesheets, shipping labels, and inventory discrepancy or damage claims.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and communicate with internal teams and external customers.
• Verify documents and data to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
• Track warehouse and transportation performance metrics, including inventory discrepancies, damaged products, service levels, and overtime.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, charts, databases, and reports for management review.
• Monitor office supply inventory and submit purchase orders as needed.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
