Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Operational Support - Project Intern (GBS) for a 2026 start based in Warsaw. This six-month internship offers hands-on exposure to campaign execution, data insights, and cross‑functional support for Client Solutions Managers.

You'll develop skills in presentation design, campaign activation, planning, and trend analysis using Excel, Word and PowerPoint, while maintaining strong English communication and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree; available to start immediately.
• Six-month internship with the possibility of extension; academic enrollment must be maintained.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the teams in building presentations and day‑to‑day account management tasks.
• Campaign management: Activation, planning, optimisation, insight generation and best practice implementation.
• Client queries and internal ad hoc requests including policy and product related, with deep understanding of client context.
• Data analysis - analyse trends and develop actionable insights to help further advertisers' goals.
