Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Project Intern to contribute to short-term, impact-driven projects within its Europe & Israel Scaled Growth team. You will assist with market research, product positioning, and GTM campaigns while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers the chance to develop practical skills, work with global partners, and explore career interests in advertising products and regional strategy.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication abilities; able to drive projects independently.
• Proficient in Chinese and English to collaborate with global teams.
• Available to intern for 12 weeks full-time and commit to 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• In-depth Market and Customer Research: use data to analyze trends and support growth strategy.
• Product Positioning and Support: assist in solution positioning and provide materials to sales.
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Campaigns: support online and offline marketing activities to boost visibility.
• Project Planning and Facilitation: assist industry project planning and align cross-functional teams.
