We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Business Analyst to join our immigration services company. The ideal candidate will support the COO in analyzing operational data, improving business processes, and identifying strategic opportunities. This role requires a tech-savvy professional who can translate complex data into actionable insights, develop research-backed recommendations, and communicate effectively with various departments. The Operations Business Analyst will play a key role in driving efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support the COO on multiple ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with others, including internal teams and external clients, to clarify project parameters
• Analyze operational data and create meaningful reports that drive decision-making
• Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities for business growth
• Perform basic market research and segmentation analysis
• Interface with different departments to gather requirements and understand business needs
• Develop AI prompts and leverage technology solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives
• Create comprehensive business cases and documentation for proposed solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels
• Monitor key performance indicators and suggest adjustments as needed
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients through well-crafted emails
