Heitmeyer Consulting is hiring a Sr Business Analyst to support work with a large, East Coast based bank. This position supports an internal consulting division within the bank related to their center of excellence.

Job Title: Sr Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Our client seeks a Sr. Business Analyst with experience managing business requirements in a large, formal project environment. Core BA functions and standards (IIBA/BABOK) are required, along with certifications. Excellent communication, influencing, and partnership skills are mandatory, especially for complex projects with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge of IIBA/PMI Business Analysis best practices (CBAP Certified)
• Expertise in requirements traceability
• Understanding of root cause analysis
• Experience in Banking or Financial Institutions supporting non-technical business analysis
