**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Property and Casualty Insurance Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office for robust reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with business systems such as PeopleSoft, Passport, and insurance-specific platforms.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
