Job summary

NRECA International, the international arm of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, is seeking an Operations Associate to support business development, volunteer programs, and program operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• One+ years in operations support, coordination, or related field.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish (English also required).
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports, dashboards, proposals, and documents.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support opportunity tracking, CRM and record maintenance, and reporting.
• Coordinate proposal development, schedules, documentation, and budgets.
• Research donors, partners, and market opportunities to support planning.
• Prepare dashboards and tracking materials for activities and metrics.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, travel, and logistics for member volunteers.
• Maintain volunteer databases, records, and program documentation.
• Arrange domestic and international travel for staff, consultants, and volunteers.
• Identify improvements to tracking tools, workflows, and processes.
