• Coordinate proposal development and related materials and schedules.
• Research donors, partners, and market opportunities for planning and proposals.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and tracking materials on activities and outcomes.
• Coordinate travel, onboarding, and logistics for volunteers and staff.
• Maintain volunteer databases and program records for reporting and evaluation.
• Manage domestic and international travel arrangements and stakeholder events.
• Improve tracking tools and workflows to enhance efficiency.
