Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year of experience in operations support, project coordination, business development support, proposal coordination, or related field.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; ability to communicate clearly in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Supports identification, tracking, and qualification of funding, partnerships, and projects; maintains pipelines and trackers.
• Coordinates proposal development: schedules, document management, inputs, submission requirements, and materials.
• Researches donors, partners, funding priorities, and market opportunities for planning and proposals.
• Prepares reports, dashboards, and metrics on business development activities, volunteer program participation, and operations.
• Coordinates recruitment, onboarding, travel, logistics, and admin requirements for electric cooperative member volunteers with staff and leaders.
• Maintains volunteer databases, records, and program documentation for accurate reporting.
