Job summary

HealthDyne is seeking a BI Analyst to join the Operations Excellence team and transform operational data into clear, actionable insights. You will focus on building reports and dashboards, tracking KPIs, analyzing trends, and communicating findings to business and operational stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and working with data from a data warehouse, partnering with operations, business leaders, and technical teams to improve

Qualifications

3+ years analyzing business data using SQL.
Experience creating reports and dashboards with Tableau and Power BI.
Experience working with data warehouse sources to support reporting, analysis, and BI needs.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear reporting.
Comfortable validating data and explaining findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and support BI reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
Use SQL to pull, organize, and analyze data from data warehouse sources.
Translate business questions into reporting requirements and data analysis.
Build and improve dashboards, recurring reports, metrics views, and other analytical tools for business users.
Perform deep-dives and root cause analysis to answer business questions.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define key metrics and trusted data sources.
Communicate solutions and methodologies to senior leadership.
Collaborate with technical teams to improve data availability and reporting accuracy.
Complete ad hoc data retrieval and analysis.
Monitor existing metrics and identify new actionable signals.
