You'll embed in a business unit, build data-oriented insights from ERP/MRP/HRIS, and lead large meetings with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Engineering. The role requires strong analytics in Excel/SQL and a proactive, communicative approach. Must be a U.S. Person due to export-controlled information.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a strategic/ops/analyst role or similar consulting background.
• Strong analytical mindset with numerical problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to translate data to actionable insights.
• Comfort with SQL and data-driven decision making.
• Clear communicator able to present to broad audiences including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational projects, from definition through implementation.
• Work at the intersection of people, hardware and software systems (inventory, staffing, asset-tracking, manufacturing data).
• Structure ambiguity with first-principles thinking and data-driven analyses to quantify impact of decisions.
• Develop familiarity with ERP, MRP, HRIS systems and leverage data to improve processes.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and coordinate stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting, and Deployments.
