About The Role: As Passport’s logistics grow increasingly complex, the Daily Operations team is crucial in ensuring successful delivery and overseeing all moving pieces—from pickups at our 3PL partners to final mile delivery and everything in between. You will assist in overseeing the daily operations of one of Passport’s processing centers, ensuring shipments are received, processed, sorted, and dispatched efficiently to provide excellent service. You will also lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates, and assist in inbound and outbound logistics.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the processing center team by facilitating daily operations, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Maintaining smooth daily operations through organization, coordination, and follow-through.
• Assisting the warehouse manager with receiving, sorting, and shipping orders accurately and promptly.
• Coordinating shipment dispatch to delivery partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Fostering a positive team environment through open communication and collaboration.
• Troubleshooting operational or technical issues to prevent delays.
• Ensuring safety protocols and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Monitoring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Serving as a backup lead when necessary, providing clear direction and support during manager absences.

Ideal candidates will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; conversational Spanish is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
