Job summary

ColoWrap, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support day-to-day order flow, shipping, and inventory management. You will ensure accurate order entry, coordinate with carriers, and maintain clean records in our ERP system.

This is an in-office role Monday through Friday, based in Chapel Hill, NC, with exposure to cross-functional teams in sales and operations. You will gain hands-on ownership of fulfillment processes, learn our inventory workflows, and contribute to a fast-moving medical

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in order processing, warehouse ops or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and enter customer orders accurately during business hours via phone, web, and email.
• Verify order details against POs or requests and resolve discrepancies.
• Track order status through lifecycle from entry to delivery.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and deliveries; generate labels and docs.
• Maintain inventory counts and perform cycle counts; ensure proper storage.
