ColoWrap, a small, fast-moving medical device company in Chapel Hill, NC, seeks an detail-oriented Operations Associate to manage order intake, shipping, and inventory. You will collaborate with sales and operations to ensure accurate processing and on-time delivery.

The role offers hands-on ownership, in-office Monday–Friday, with opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to patient care through reliable fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in order processing, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management (medical device or healthcare industry experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy—mistakes in this role have real downstream impact.
• Comfortable using computers/software for order entry and inventory tracking (experience with an ERP or inventory management system a plus).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsabilités

• Receive, review, and enter customer orders accurately and promptly during business hours via phone, web, and email channels.
• Verify order details against customer POs or requests; communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Track order status through the lifecycle from entry to final delivery and respond to shipping questions.
• Promptly pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups/deliveries and service levels.
• Maintain inventory counts across locations, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain clean records and identify opportunities to improve order, shipping, or inventory workflows.
