ColoWrap, LLC. seeks an Operations Associate to ensure smooth order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory flow. The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline, and coordination with sales and warehouse teams in a fast-paced setting.

You will own end-to-end order handling, monitor shipments for on-time delivery, and help maintain organized warehouse operations while supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in order processing, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management (healthcare experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high impact on downstream processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and spreadsheet tools.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders accurately via phone, web, and email.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and prepare shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform regular cycle counts.
• Process internal shipment requests and organize documentation for audit.
• Support ongoing improvements to order, shipping, and inventory workflows.
