Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving products, and working with partner drivers.

Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials, day and night. We are building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers to reshape retail faster than ever before. And it doesn’t hurt if you like snacks.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, ensure inventory accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory, re-shelving, and handle waste and spoilage following FIFO practices.
• Clean and organize the facility.
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently.
• Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts.
• Use carts, pallet jacks, and equipment to move products.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Prepare quality beverages and food items, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurant or retail (preferred).
• Flexible schedule, including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts).
• Basic knowledge of web-based applications (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
