Part-Time Stockroom Operations Associate (Early Morning)

Job Details

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Starts At: $13.25

Schedule: Early Morning shifts from 6am to 10am, or 7am to 11am. Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

About The Role

You will deliver excellent customer service and execute store operations efficiently, including processing freight, replenishment, and omni-channel operations.

Responsibilities

1. Receive and process product shipments, including unloading trucks and managing stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment.
2. Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
3. Engage with customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
4. Follow all product protection standards.
5. Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and tools, as directed by store leadership.

All Associate Responsibilities

2. Exercise good judgment and decision-making, involving partners as needed.
3. Provide excellent customer service, anticipating needs and resolving issues satisfactorily.

7. Follow company policies, procedures, standards, and safety guidelines.
8. Respond proactively to supervisor and company directives.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

1. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task and pay strong attention to detail.
2. Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
3. No prior retail experience required.
4. Must be 16 years or older.
5. Flexible availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industries.
