Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Associate to support store sales and enhance customer experience through merchandise handling, order fulfillment, inventory control, and stockroom organization.

You will help with merchandise presentation, signage, and in-store events, ensuring efficient operations and smooth daily activities in a fast-paced retail environment in St. Louis.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 35 pounds where required.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound freight, merchandise transfers, and customer order fulfillment.
