Job summary

The PCA Group of Companies in Melville, NY is seeking an Operations Associate to support inventory, order management, and internal communications. You will collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed, packed, and delivered on time.

This in-person role runs 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday. You’ll document procedures, spot inefficiencies, and help drive daily success across the business with an eye for organization and a get-it-done attitude.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with sense of urgency; able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new tools; independent worker under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory, order management, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely processing, packing, and delivery of orders.
• Own accounts by monitoring timelines, solving problems, and following up to meet deadlines.
• Respond to client emails professionally and with attention to detail.
• Document and improve internal procedures; contribute to knowledge base.
