Job summary

The PCA Group in Melville, NY is seeking an Operations Associate to support inventory, order management, and internal communications with a hands-on, get-it-done mindset. You will collaborate with sales and warehouse teams, own accounts, monitor timelines, respond to client emails, and help document and improve procedures across the business.

This in-person role runs 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with competitive hourly pay and benefits including health coverage, 401(k) with match, PTO

Qualifications

• Strong communication across teams
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
• Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tech
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business preferred
• Reliable transportation to Melville office
