Advocate Health, based in Charlotte, NC, seeks a full-time remote role within the Enterprise Corporate Accounting team. The role focuses on collecting and analyzing data for multiple projects, conducting time studies, and driving process improvements across practice operations.

Travel to facilities is required periodically. Qualifications include 2 years of practice operations experience or 4 years of related clerical/clinical experience, plus Epic Workqueue/ back-end familiarity.

• Documents process workflows and publishes changes in an organized format.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.

Benefits Eligible:Fulltime, Dayshift, Monday - Friday and this role will be fully remote.Fully Remote Role from these states: No relocation and no sponsorship or transfer of visa for this position now or in the future.Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.Conducts time studies for various process improvement activities and compares performance prior to process changes and post implementation.Acts as a subject matter expert on certain aspects of practice operations as defined above in development of process workflows.Documents process workflows, develops job aids, documents process changes and publishes documents in an organized, disciplined format.Uses critical thinking skills to evaluate the current readiness for change and works to facilitate the change management process for all process and workflow changes for internal customers.Manages several projects at the same time.Trains teammates on various operational systems and/or new functionality through implementations as necessary.Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:~ 2years practice operations experience or 4 years of related clerical or clinical practice experience required.
