Job summary

Advocate Health, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a data-driven professional to collect, review, and analyze data for assigned projects within a remote-capable role. You will perform time studies and compare performance before and after process changes to drive improvement.

The role requires experience in practice operations or related clerical/clinical work, knowledge of Epic Workqueue/back-end, and the ability to manage multiple projects while supporting change management for internal

Qualifications

• 2 years practice operations experience or 4 years related clerical/clinical practice experience.
• Epic Workqueue or Epic backend experience.
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to facilities regularly.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvement activities and compares performance before and after changes.
• Documents process workflows, develops job aids, documents process changes and publishes documents in an organized, disciplined format.
• Trains teammates on various operational systems and/or new functionality through implementations as necessary.
• Manages several projects at the same time.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on certain aspects of practice operations as defined above in development of process workflows.
