Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a data-driven professional to join our enterprise corporate team in a fully remote capacity. The role involves collecting and analyzing data for assigned projects, conducting time studies, and developing and publishing clear process workflows and job aids.

You will act as a subject matter expert for practice operations and support change management initiatives across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 2 years practice operations experience or 4 years of related clerical or clinical practice experience required.
• Epic Workqueue experience or Epic backend experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze data related to assigned projects.
• Conduct time studies for various process improvement activities and compare performance pre- and post-change.
• Act as a subject matter expert on process operations and develop workflows and job aids.
• Document process workflows, changes, and publish materials in a disciplined format.
• Use critical thinking to evaluate readiness for change and facilitate change management for internal customers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Train teammates on operational systems and new functionality as needed.
