DESCRIPTION

Responsible forall duties necessary to support warehouse,deliveryand technical teams.TheOperationsAssociate II isan important roleto ensureour successofour operations withinlocation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver products to customers;

• Assistwith the warehouse duties; receiving, unloading,pickingand loading;

• Service and maintain customer equipment (including, but not limited to, coffee station setups);

• Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment;

• Provide assistanceas needed to the operations team.

This list is not exhaustive.Any other related duties as may be assignedby the line manager.

Total Rewards:
CAD $45,700.00 – $59,488.00 annually.

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits, subject to eligibility: medical, dental, disability, life insurance, paid time off (including vacation and personal time), RRSP with company match, tuition reimbursement, employee and family assistance program, and coffee discount.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma preferred;

• 1 year in similar role;

• Valid Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract;

• Strong mechanical aptitude ?previouselectronic/plumbing/electrical experience.

COMPETENCIES

• Bilingualism in concerned provinces;

• Basic computer skills;

• Strong communication(verbal, written) and customer-service skills;

• Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
