Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in St. Louis seeks an Operations Production Supervisor to lead multiple packaging lines, ensuring safety, quality and productivity while driving cost improvements.

You will coach operators, manage budgets, review production records for improvements, and develop the team through training and performance feedback. This full-time Day Shift role offers comprehensive benefits and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Supervisory level experience in manufacturing, preferably food & beverage.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, pull and visual systems; understanding of TQM and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach production operators in executing daily/weekly production schedules for multiple packaging lines.
• Manage within labor and operating expense budget.
• Coordinate beverages packaging ensuring safety, quality and productivity while minimizing waste.
• Meet productivity, quality, safety, health, environmental and morale goals for the site.
• Complete and update all production paperwork and records.
• Ensure equipment is in working order and area is safe at all times.
• Review production records to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.

Job Overview:

As an Operations Production Supervisor you are responsible for overall operating performance of Keurig Dr Pepper processing operations. You will work with the team to streamline efficiency of coffee flow with emphasis on safety, quality, delivery, and improving financial results.

Shift & Schedule:

This is a full time position on Day Shift. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.

Position Responsibilities

• Direct and coach production operators in the execution of daily/weekly production schedules for multiple packaging lines.
• Manage within labor and operating expense budget.
• Coordinate beverages packaging ensuring safety, quality and productivity while minimizing waste.
• Meet the productivity, quality, safety, health, environmental and morale goals established for the site.
• Complete and update all necessary production paperwork and record.
• Ensure equipment in the area assigned is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times.
• Review and analyze production records to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Make recommendations for long-term solutions, including recommendations for replacing equipment, refurbishing equipment, procedural changes, productivity improvement, material change, etc., related to the area of accountability.
• Drive the continuous improvement agenda in area of responsibility through teamwork, skills and capability development.
• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team

Total Rewards:

• Salary Range: $70,500 - $85,000

Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma Required, bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory level experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry, preferred
• Experience with lean manufacturing, pull and visual systems and clear understanding of TQM and use of tools and data for problem solving, decision making and continuous improvement preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word with demonstrated knowledge of productivity tracking
• Experience with SAP or similar system preferred
• Must be comfortable developing and conducting group presentations to employees and management
• Provides current, direct, complete and “actionable” positive and corrective feedback to others
