Light Arc Capital Management LLC, a Greenwich-based hedge fund, seeks an Operations Associate to own end-to-end processes from trade support to reporting. You will work directly with Head of Operations/CCO and traders, gaining front-office exposure and shaping the firm's operational backbone.

The role emphasizes meticulous process-building, automation via Python, and data integrity across OMS/PM tools. On-site in downtown Greenwich, CT, with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in financial services operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and a process-first mindset.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Interest in Python or scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily trade operations including capture, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Coordinate with prime brokers, fund administrators, and counterparties to resolve breaks.
• Collaborate on compliance tasks and regulatory correspondence.
• Develop Python scripts to automate repetitive workflows.
• Maintain data integrity across Enfusion and Bloomberg systems.
• Assist with investor reporting and onboarding documentation.
• Support office administration and executive coordination as needed.
• Produce clear internal documentation for operational procedures.
