Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the on-site operations team. You will perform duties across picking, packing, receiving, inventory control, and prep of beverages/food items while ensuring safety and sanitation standards.

You will work with drivers and kitchen personnel as needed, with shifts that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude to keep products moving efficiently and accurately through

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts and varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors and reconcile inventory with PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and overall facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage through FIFO compliance.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely using carts and equipment.
• Work in freezer locations periodically during shifts.
• Prepare quality beverages and food menu items by following recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure accuracy of all food and beverage packaged for delivery.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Receive and put away orders, resolving discrepancies when needed.
