Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and handle picking, packing, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse tasks throughout shifts, including potential kitchen work where applicable.

Responsibilities include inventory control, arranging items for dispatch, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed. The role requires stamina, reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities across

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts.
• Comfort with standing and walking for the duration of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify inventory matches orders, resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Handle, scan and move product safely using equipment.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
