Staffmark in Fort Wayne is seeking an Operations Associate to support book fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, inspecting, and preparing orders for shipping. Day shift with hours varying by department and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Entry level (Warehouse experience preferred)
• Able to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 50 lbs.
• Closed-toe shoes
• Speak and understand English

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, and pack books for customer orders to ensure shipments are accurate and complete.
• Inspect books for damage and verify order details including order numbers and quantities.
• Use safe and efficient packing methods to prepare books for shipping in various packaging.
• Move packed orders to conveyor system for shrink wrapping and final shipping preparation.
• Set up sorting stations, scan books and labels, and place products in correct storage or pick locations.
• Organize and move completed book carts to staging areas to support fast order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
