Staffmark Group in Van Wert, OH is hiring a Warehouse Production Associate to operate and monitor production lines with a focus on safety and quality. You will work on a rotating schedule (2-2-3) on either Day Shift (4:45 AM - 5:00 PM) or Night Shift (4:45 PM - 5:00 AM) and participate in a fast-paced team environment.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, and reading basic guidelines.

Qualifications

• Entry level position with ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Closed-toe shoes required.
• Able to read basic operating guidelines and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Watch conveyor belts and equipment to ensure safe product movement.
• Use cameras, sensors, and visuals to spot jams or damage.
• Stop the conveyor and safely remove stuck cartons.
• Check cartons for quality and remove defective products.
• Redirect product flow to keep production efficient.
• Clean and organize the work area for safety and productivity.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns to the team.
• Assist with basic conveyor troubleshooting and daily operations.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
