Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. Reporting to a Site Leader, OAs perform picking, packing, receiving, and collaborate with partner drivers to ensure timely delivery.

You may work in kitchen areas, follow health and safety guidelines, and stand for shifts with the ability to lift up to 49 pounds. Flexibility for peak hours is required to support customer demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalence is required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environments is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift; lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive pallets from vendors, verify inventory, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Move products safely using carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Work in freezer locations periodically as needed.
