Job summary

Gopuff in New York is seeking Operations Associates to join our fast-paced operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, you will perform essential duties including picking, packing, receiving product, and assisting with kitchen operations if applicable.

We value reliability, the ability to stand and move throughout shifts, and the capacity to lift up to 49 pounds. You’ll work flexible hours across peak times, with basic computer skills helpful for inventory and order accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite) helps.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift and lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of orders.
• Operate within health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
