Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is hiring an Associate to start on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station. You will guide guests through the wash experience and help keep the site running smoothly.

You’ll assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management, while supporting sales and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes safety procedures, daily upkeep, and a 60-day certification program.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the station, provide excellent customer service.
• Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and guidance.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures, identify preexisting conditions, prepare vehicles, operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.
• Engage with customers professionally at the Convenience Station to ensure a positive experience and encourage reviews.
• Manage member accounts, including cancellations and plan changes.
• Stock and organize detail centers, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep area clean.
• Perform general site upkeep and required opening/closing duties.
