Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management Division - Operations - Associate for SMA Distribution Services in Chicago, IL. The role supports distribution operations, client servicing, and strategic initiatives within Global Shareholder Services and related teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in asset management or financial services.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in distribution services and client relationship management, preferably with SMA background.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative service and operational guidance to clients with GS teams.
• Develop expertise of client infrastructure and servicing needs (brokers, dealers, independent advisors).
• Stay updated on industry and regulatory changes impacting GS businesses.
• Research industry best practices to improve execution of our business.
• Lead and participate in client or internal projects, own deliverables and report status.
• Prepare internal reporting (accomplishments, business plans).
• Manage client inquiries and needs related to our business operations.
• Develop and implement distribution strategies to enhance market presence.
