Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area for an award-winning company. The role is on-site with hybrid flexibility (3 days on-site per week: Tue, Wed, Thu) from 9-6, supporting client communications via phone, email, chat and text.

Responsibilities include handling client communications, resolving issues, processing service requests such as withdrawals and ownership changes, and explaining contract benefits.

Qualifications

The Customer Service Representative is required to work on site 3 days a week from 9-6. This Customer Service Representative will communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and text.

Requirements for the Operations Associate include:

Compensation for the Operations Associate include:

• $20-$23 per hour
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
