Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area to support customers via phone, email, chat, and text on a hybrid schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong communication and teamwork, and proficiency with computer tools. Onsite 3 days per week (Tue–Thu) from 9-6.

Compensation is $20-$23 per hour with comprehensive benefits and Holidays.

The Customer Service Representative is required to work on site 3 days a week from 9-6. This Customer Service Representative will communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and text.

Compensation for the Operations Associate include:

• $20-$23 per hour
