Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness, ensuring seamless product flow, inventory control, and merchandise accuracy in alignment with business priorities.
• Execute weekly and monthly cycle counts and lead annual inventory processes to ensure proper inventory levels, accuracy, and accountability across all categories.
• Manage product deliveries, defectives through CEGID, and stockroom organization.
• Partner with sales team to fulfill client requests and provide floor support as needed.
• Ensure proper supply replenishment and on-hand level management.
• Continuously refine processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize shrink, and uphold Thom Browne’s standards.

THE ROLE

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Minimum 1–2 years of Retail Operations and/or Inventory Management experience
• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills; comfortable working autonomously, as well as partnering with team members
• Excellent communication, follow up and interpersonal skills
• Proven analytical skills, strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
