Job summary

Thom Browne, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Operations Associate for our location inside Saks Fifth Avenue, 611 5th Ave, New York.

You will oversee day-to-day inventory control, product flow, and movement between Saks teams, sellers, and the concession space to ensure a first-class client experience. Key responsibilities include cycle counts, replenishment, on-hand accuracy, delivering and receiving goods, and coordinating returns with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Retail Operations and/or Inventory Management experience
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated analytical ability with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Highly detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to execution
• Adaptable, motivated, and eager to support and grow within a high-performing team

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness, including all aspects of inventory control, merchandise accuracy, product flow, and movement between Saks teams, sellers, and the concession space
• Execute cycle counts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as needed
• Maintain full ownership of inventory processes in line with regional direction to mitigate shrink, resolve on-hand discrepancies (negatives/overages), and achieve operational KPIs
• Manage product deliveries and receipts, systems and software, defects and damages, and overall organization to enhance the client experience, support sales, and drive operational efficiency
• Ensure proper supply replenishment, accurate on-hand levels, and timely completion of daily fulfillment needs
• Partner with sellers and cross-functional teams to locate products, support pulls, coordinate shipping/messenger services, and manage returns
• Collaborate with regional and national teams to continuously improve processes and workflows, driving business impact and delivering exceptional service to Thom Browne clientele

This role will be based in our location inside Saks Fifth Avenue, located at 611 5th Ave.

THE ROLE

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

• Competitive compensation. Hourly range is between $22.00 – 24.00 per hour. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
