Job summary

Thom Browne, Inc. is seeking an Inventory & Operations Associate in Miami to oversee daily product flow, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.

You will partner with the sales team to fulfill client requests, ensure replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory across all categories. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Retail Operations or Inventory Management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and strong attention to detail, with proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness, ensuring seamless product flow, inventory control, and merchandise accuracy
• Execute weekly and monthly cycle counts and lead annual inventory processes
• Manage product deliveries, defects through CEGID, and stockroom organization
• Partner with sales team to fulfill client requests and provide floor support as needed
• Ensure proper supply replenishment and on hand level management
• Continuously refine processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize shrink, and uphold Thom Browne’s standards

THE ROLE

• Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness, ensuring seamless product flow, inventory control, and merchandise accuracy in alignment with business priorities
• Execute weekly and monthly cycle counts and lead annual inventory processes to ensure proper inventory levels, accuracy, and accountability across all categories
• Manage product deliveries, defectives through CEGID, and stockroom organization
• Partner with sales team to fulfill client requests and provide floor support as needed
• Ensure proper supply replenishment and on hand level management
• Continuously refine processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize shrink, and uphold Thom Browne’s standards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Minimum 1–2 years of Retail Operations and/or Inventory Management experience
• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills; comfortable working autonomously, as well as partnering with team members
• Excellent communication, follow up and interpersonal skills
• Proven analytical skills, strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
